What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a high-frequency experience designed to heal the body and relax the mind, helping you connect directly with your inner peace. It enhances self-awareness and fosters profound subconscious healing by rebooting the nervous system. Each session is intuitively guided, making every experience unique and tailored to the moment.
Every journey and experience is unique. The specific instruments are meant to evoke different sensations, activations, and experiences so wants to be as present as possible. Dropping full intention into the moment , enjoying and focusing on the sound is the practice in action. The result; lasting transformation.
Allow yourself to have an experience by quieting the mind and surrendering. A sound bath is a great practice to stay completely relaxed yet wide awake. Most people fall asleep when immerse themselves deep into the full experience while other become more alert and aware of the sensations inside.
What to expect in a Sound Bath?
Participants typically bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, and water to create a comfortable space, often on the ground for a deeper earth connection. The session begins with introductions, intention setting, and a guided meditation, sometimes accompanied by aromatic elements like sage, palo santo, or essential oils.
Various instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, drums, hand pans, harps, and vocals are played intuitively to guide participants into deeper states of relaxation and meditation. Sessions conclude with moments of silence, gentle stretching, and an optional group reflection to help integrate the experience.

What can our team expect ?
Corporate wellness sessions are designed to help teams reduce stress, increase focus, and enhance productivity. After an initial consultation, a live demo is scheduled to determine space arrangements and participant needs. On the session day, the team arrives early for setup, followed by introductions and an overview of the practice.
Sessions typically last an hour, with an additional 30 minutes allocated for questions and experience sharing. Corporate rates start at $350 per hour, plus travel and tool maintenance costs. Contact us for negotiations and free consultations.
